This step by step tutorial will show you how to subscribe to the Arbutus podcast channel. Not only will you be able to retrieve all of the current podcasts, but as new podcasts become available iTunes will automatically download them for you!

1. Download or open iTunes. For new users you can download iTunes at www.apple.com/itunes.

2. Open iTunes. Once activated select the "Advanced/Subscribe To Podcast" menu selection. Provide the following url in the "Subscribe to Podcast" window and select OK.

When you first subscribe, a new folder will be created and you will see a list of all the podcasts. Just click the GET button to the right of any episode title and iTunes will start downloading that podcast. When an episode is downloading you will see an orange spinning circle to the left of the episode's title.

When the episode has completed downloading, the spinning circle becomes a blue dot. Once the podcast is in iTunes, you can play it from within iTunes, or if you have an iPod you can copy it to the iPod and play it from there. By default after you subscribe to a podcast when you first start iTunes it will automatically check for new podcasts.
