We use Joint Contact to manage information according to each project in which we are engaged. We are now able to track conversations that might have previously been lost in telephone or email exchanges. One way we hadn't anticipated using Joint Contact is the feature which allows access to specific workspaces. When additional help is needed on a project, we can include persons in the exchange of information on that project while keeping the rest of our organization's information confidential."
